The Best Chicken You'll Ever Eat!

This chicken is straight up out of this world! It is crazy good, easy make and easy on your wallet. For $3.50 or so, you can get four good-quality ($4.50 for organic) chicken thighs and make a meal for your entire family. Add some spinach as a side and maybe some green beans and you have a healthy, quick meal.


Ingredients:
Chicken thighs - bone in, skin on
Olive oil, enough to make a paste out of the following ingredients
Use 1/4tsp salt per 4 thighs, double amount for 8 and so forth
Spice Blend:
Use 1tsp of each of the following spices for 4 chicken thighs and add to a bowl. (Double for 8 and so forth)
*Paprika
*Chili Powder
*Garlic Powder


Directions:
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
In a small bowl, add all of the spices and mix. Add in enough olive oil (or coconut oil) to make a paste. If it has too much oil, the spices won't stick to the chicken the way you want it to. You want it thick and gooey!
Line a baking sheet with tin foil and start coating the chicken with the paste. After the chicken has been coated on all sides, place skin side down.
Bake at 450 degrees for 15-20 minutes and then flip where the skin-side is up.
Turn the broil on high for 5 minutes or so. Be sure to watch this carefully because the chicken can burn very quickly. The broil process is to make the skin nice and crispy and crunchy and just gooooood!


Please give this recipe a try. My kids absolutely love this recipe. It's simple to do! If you're going to be short on time when you plan on making this, prepare all of the ingredients and do everything except stick it in the oven. Cover it tightly the night before, or a few hours before and it'll be ready to bake when you're ready.
